Upgrading from FR V10 to FR V11

Fusion Registry Version 11 is now available after many months of Alpha and Beta Testing. The key features in this release are:

• Change to the SDMX 3.0 information model as Fusion Registry’s internal metadata object model
• SDMX 3.0 REST API support
• Backward compatibility for SDMX 2.1 and 2.0 structures and formats
• Backward compatibility with SDMX 2.1 REST API (REST API v1 specification)
• Improved data and metadata access control
• Granular control over admin rights
• Fusion Portal – scheduled and on demand data and structure loads
• Refreshable Excel data format
• JNDI database connection option
  

Important to note:

• A change has been made to the operating database schema. The upgrade process must be followed carefully when upgrading to Version 11.
• The Environment Sync function has been temporarily removed.
• The Metadata Reports function has been temporarily removed.
• Fusion Security is no longer supported in Version 11.
• Content Security is no longer supported in Version 11.
• Structure Sets are replaced by Structure and Representation Maps.
• Hierarchical Codelists are replaced by Hierarchies.
