How to download products from the Regnology Customer Portal

From July 2024 all new versions will be made available via the Regnology Customer Portal. To successfully do this you need a user name and password which, if you do not already have one can be requested by sending an email to: portalaccess@regnology.net.

Once you have successfully set up an account you will be able to login and then, if you click or the link we have sent you to download a product you will be take to a page in Artifactory which will look something like this.

In this example I want to download Fusion Registry Version 10.9.7.

Right click the area highlighted.

Another menu will appear - select download.

The file will be downloaded to your designated downloads folder.
