Delete an observation in a dataset

POST a dataset with the dataset action DELETE using the Data Publication Web Service.

The delete rules are:

  1. If you have a series with attributes, it deletes the attributes
  2. If you have a series with no attributes or observations, it deletes the series
  3. If you have an observation with attributes, it deletes the observation attributes
  4. If you have an observation with no attributes, it deletes the observation.
